Changed your mind? You have 14 days to return items bought in our webshop.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you pick up your order to change your mind, without giving a reason. To use your right of withdrawal, tell us within the 14 days by emailing hello@slvrbrgs.com or by coming to the store.

How to return

Bring the item to the store at Skomakaregatan 9, Malmö, within 14 days of telling us you want to return it. Please bring your order number or order confirmation. The item should be unused, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Refunds

We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the item, using the same payment method you used for your purchase. If an item has been used or handled more than needed to examine it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour instead? Bring the item to the store and we'll exchange it if we have what you're looking for. Otherwise we'll refund you.

Items that can't be returned

• Food and drink
• Fragrance, candles, beauty and personal care products once the seal or packaging has been opened
• Items made or altered to your order
• Gift cards

Faulty or damaged items

If an item had a fault when you picked it up, contact us at hello@slvrbrgs.com as soon as you notice it. The Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) gives you up to three years from purchase to complain about such faults, provided you tell us within a reasonable time after discovering them.

Normal wear and tear, damage that happens after purchase, and the natural variations and signs of age in handmade, vintage and second-hand objects are not faults. If a fault is covered, we will first offer to repair or replace the item. If that is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.

Purchases in the store

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to online purchases. For purchases made in the store, ask us about exchanges.
