Do you ship?
Not at the moment. Orders placed online are picked up in the store at Skomakaregatan 9 in Malmö.
How do I pick up my order?
We email you as soon as your order is ready, usually within 24 hours. Come by during opening hours and give us your name or order number.
If you can't make it within two weeks, let us know and we'll keep it for you.
When is the store open?
Monday–Friday 10–18
Saturday 11–18
Sunday closed
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from pickup to change your mind. The item should be unused and in its original condition. Bring it to the store or email hello@slvrbrgs.com. Food and drink, and fragrance or beauty products that have been opened, can't be returned.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. In the store: card and Swish.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available in the store.
Can I ask about a specific piece?
Of course. Many objects and artworks are one of a kind. Email hello@slvrbrgs.com and we'll tell you more, send extra photos or put it aside for you.
